Here’s why else you should turn your legal issues over to us.

Sperry Law LLC, fighting for you since 2006

We Aim to Inform First

At your free initial consultation, we’ll listen to you, provide you with relevant information about your legal problem, discuss potential plans to achieve the legal outcome you seek, and provide you with an estimate of the legal fees regarding your legal issue. Once retained, we will ensure that you are provided with ongoing professional guidance and relevant information so you can make informed decisions on selecting the best legal strategy to accomplish your objectives. Once you have selected a strategy, we will seek to execute that plan to the best of our ability.

We Are Hands-On

We also aren’t afraid to get in the trenches with you—whether that entails getting directly involved with DCFS, immigration or police officials, or standing up to government agents on our client’s behalf in high-pressure, high-stakes environments such as active criminal investigations, immigration interviews, or child abuse/neglect investigations. While we do maintain regular office hours, we are willing to make special arrangements to provide services for emergency matters outside of normal business hours, such as imminent police, immigration or DCFS involvement.

We Can Handle Your Overlapping Legal Needs

Family law issues can affect immigration law issues (and vice versa), and both of these areas can be impacted by criminal law issues. At Sperry Law, we have the expertise to handle where these areas of law intersect. We are your “one call covers it all” option for complex cases that deal with the overlap between family, criminal and immigration matters. We are happy to serve you in whatever capacity you need and are willing to work with your pre-existing attorney to maximize your legal outcomes. We have extensive experience providing legal advice or acting as co-counsel to attorneys in other areas of practice for which they are unfamiliar—for example, providing criminal attorneys immigration law advice pertaining to potential criminal dispositions or providing co-counsel to family law attorneys not familiar with DCFS or juvenile court involved matters.
